Ingredients
- Enhance Egg Free Chocolate Cake Premix 1000 gm
- Oil 50 gm
- Water 500 gm
- Total weight 1550 gm
How to Prepare:
Add Enhance Premium Cake Premix and water in a bowl. • Mix at slow speed for 1 minute with whisker. • Scrape down and whip the mixture at high speed for 3 minutes. • Add oil slowly while mixing at slow speed for 30 seconds. • Pour the batter into greased & lined baking trays and bake at 170- 180°C for 30-35 minutes. Batter temperature: 23-25°C Baking temperature: 165 to 170°C (for round pan) and at 170 to 180°C (for square pan) Baking time: 30 to 35 minutes
