Vintop Cream Powder is a white to cream coloured free flowing powder which is having creamy milk profile. It delivers great taste when reconstituted and whipped.

How to use:
- Add 600g (+/- 100g) chilled water/ Milk (5 to 7 Degree Celcius ) in the bowl.
- Add 500g whip cream powder to the bowl with whisk attachment.
- Mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
- Mix for 3-5 minutes at high speed until desirable peaks are achieved.
- Mix at slow speed for 1 minute to stabilize the cream.
- Collect in the bowl & use for cake decoration.
