Ingredients:
- Muffin Mix
- Water
- Eggs
- Vegetable Oil
Method:
1. Add water and Eggs in a Mixer bowl & Mix for 1-2 minutes on Medium speed using whisk blade until it forms.
2. Add Top Bake Muffin Mix to the liquid Part and mix for 1 minute at slow speed. Scrape the edges of the bowl and then mix at fast speed for 5minutes.
3. Add oil and mix for 1 minute at slow speed. Pour the batter in a greased muffin pan and bake at 160-170â¦C for 30-35 minutes
