- Multi Purpose and 100% edible metallic paintâ for cake decoration, sugar craft, chocolates and confectionery. Sparkle Melts are great for creating a solid layer of edible metallic coating on fondant, gum paste, marzipan, chocolate, sugarpaste, pralines, meringues and more.
- This paste is only for external painting or colour coating only. Do not knead directly into paste.
- Melt a small amount of Sparkle paste in a paper cup. Take a second paper cup with hot water in it. Place first cup in the hot water (like a bain marie or alternatively in a microwave oven, for 30-60 seconds). Stir gently till it melts and mixes well. Brush gently with a clean and soft brush and wait a few minutes for drying.
- Store in a cool place, away from direct hit temperature change.
