- Mix all ingredients at slow speed for 3 minutes and at medium speed for 5 minutes,depending on dough development.
- DoughTemperature-26°C
- Bulk Fermentation – 10minutes.
- Divide and mould as per desired size.
- Proofing time 35-40 minutes at 70%RH and 35°C
- Baking Time : 25 minutes at 210°C(depending on the size time may vary)
