RECIPE OF TEGRAL BROWNIE EGG FREE MIX

1. Mix Premix and Water using paddle attachment at slow speed for 1 minute
2. Mix at medium speed for 1 minutes.
3. Heat oil and butter together till butter melts.
4. Add Oil and Butter.
5. Mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
6. Pour the batter in greased mould.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 25-30 minutes.
